- 3 x measures (75ml) Tomintoul Whisky
- 1 x measure (25ml) Cranberry juice
- 2/3 measure (17ml) Lemon juice
- 1 measure (25ml) Sugar syrup
Add the ingredients together in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously until frost forms. Decant the cocktail into a highball glass and garnish with raspberries and brambles.
You can always add a little more sugar syrup to soften the cocktail.
Experiment with the garnish- cranberries and blueberries work a treat!
